Improve the performance and accuracy of your Shapeoko Pro by replacing the factory two-piece gantry riser with our single-piece construction risers.  These replacement gantry risers are made out of 6061 T6 aluminum and provide you with extra rigidity and 1" of additional clearance between your spoil board and Z-Axis and a thicker cross-section for added rigidity. (not compatible with shapeoko 3 or 4)

0.5" cross-section thickness
Single-piece design for added rigidity and stiffness for those more aggressive cuts in harder materials and non-ferrous metals.
Recessed pocked for belt tensioner clip on the back to keep it from rotating side-to-side
Provides an additional 25.4mm / 1" of Z height clearance when compared to the factory counterpart
 
Kit Includes:
2 Gantry Risers (6061 alum. billet) compatible with Carbide 3D's Shapeoko Pro ONLY. Do not forget to add your belt dust cover.
 
This item is made to order and could take up to 3 weeks to ship. 
 
USERS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE 4 M6x1.0 x20mm bolts if they wish to attach the e-chain brackets at the ends of the gantry.
 
Note that all parts are offered in a Mill Finish that will visually exhibit the tool path directions, Some prefer this look for a more natural and bespoke appearance.
